Stones River Manor is a Christian, nonprofit senior living community in Murfreesboro sponsored by the Churches of Christ and established in 1976. As the only faith-based, nonprofit home for the elderly in Rutherford County, the facility provides independent living apartments, six levels of assisted living care, long-term nursing home care, skilled nursing, in-house rehabilitation, adult day care, respite care, and an Assured Care Center for residents with dementia and Alzheimer's.
