Every Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon, May 2 through October 31, 2026, around the historic Rutherford County Courthouse on the Public Square in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, rain or shine. Where to park
Downtown Murfreesboro has two public parking garages and on-street spaces on the streets around the square. According to Main Street Murfreesboro, there is no parking time limit in the evenings or on weekends, so a long market morning followed by brunch on the square will not run up against a meter. Weekday time limits on some street spaces are posted on nearby signs.
The September 5, 2026 market newsletter added one more option: the Bank of America lot just east of the square is free parking again after two years as a paid lot.

The Main Street Farmers Market is a weekly Saturday morning market held on the historic Murfreesboro Public Square. Organized by Main Street Murfreesboro, the market brings together local farmers, bakers, artisans, and craftspeople to offer fresh produce, homemade goods, and locally-sourced products directly to the community.
The Saturday market has become a beloved Murfreesboro tradition, drawing residents and visitors to the downtown square each week during the growing season. In addition to shopping, the market provides an opportunity to connect with local growers, discover new products, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of downtown Murfreesboro.

The Rutherford County Farmers Market is a producer-only market run through UT Extension Rutherford County in the indoor/open-air Community Center at the Lane Agri-Park, 315 John R.
