About Buc-ee's Murfreesboro
Buc-ee's Murfreesboro is a planned Buc-ee's travel center on land along Elam Road and Joe B. Jackson Parkway in Murfreesboro. The Murfreesboro Planning Commission approved a final plat for two lots on 46.53 acres there on June 18, 2025, with Buc-ee's Murfreesboro, LLC as the developer, and on June 3, 2026, it recommended approval of a Buc-ee's LTD application to rezone about 30.17 acres of the site from G-I to G-I with a Buc-ee's PSO overlay. The store does not yet appear on Buc-ee's list of open locations. Buc-ee's says its travel centers have the cleanest restrooms in America, a title it credits to a 2012 Cintas contest.
