Bubba's 33: 119 N. Thompson Lane

Another Broken Egg Cafe: The Avenue Murfreesboro

Another Broken Egg Cafe is open at 2615 Medical Center Pkwy. at The Avenue Murfreesboro. The Southern-inspired breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant is owned and operated by W-C Management LLC, according to the cafe's location page. It has a full bar with brunch cocktails, spiked cold brews and mimosas, plus patio dining, online ordering and catering. Hours are 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekdays and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekends. The cafe is closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Tim Hortons: Northwest Broad Street

Curry Up Now: Smyrna

Curry Up Now is open at 2160 Rock Springs Rd., Suite 600, in Smyrna. The Indian street food chain, founded in 2009 as a single food truck in Burlingame, California, serves tikka masala burritos, Naughty Naan, thalis, bowls and deconstructed samosas, and says all of its meat is halal. Range USA: Smyrna

Range USA Smyrna is open at 8225 Tridon Dr. The indoor range and retail store has 20 shooting lanes of 25 yards for handguns and long guns, more than 70 rental firearms, and a store selling firearms, ammunition and accessories. Range USA offers classes including basic handgun and concealed carry. Hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily, according to the company's location page.

Kiddie Academy: 5117 Malachite Drive

Kiddie Academy of Murfreesboro announced on Sept. 1 that it had officially opened at 5117 Malachite Dr. The educational child care center serves children from 6 weeks to 12 years old, has capacity for 171 children and brings about 30 jobs, according to the academy. Big Bad Breakfast: 113 E. Main St.

Big Bad Breakfast lists a Murfreesboro restaurant at 113 E. Main St., just off the Public Square.
